On this page you will find recorded exercise routines with videos made by our personal trainer. We offer you three training levels that you can use either at the gym, or in your own home.

In the left column you can choose the level of training for you to get started right now!

Beginner: If you never, or rarely, do any physical activity and want to start an exercise regimen.
Intermediate: If you are used to exercising at least 3 times a week and you are in good physical condition.
Advanced: If you exercise at least 5 times a week as a part of your lifestyle.
